• The learner (client) agrees to provide accurate personal and academic information at the time of registration or enrollment.
• The client agrees to allow a reasonable timescale for SkillsNation to deliver access to online course content and support services as per course structure.
• Any changes in course selection, access duration, or support requests must be communicated to SkillsNation in a timely manner.
• The client agrees to pay the course fee as per the payment terms set at the time of enrollment.
• Cancellation of enrollment must be requested at least seven (7) days in advance before the start of the course or video access. No cancellation will be entertained once course material is accessed or downloaded.
• Please provide timely feedback, queries, or concerns so that we can enhance your learning experience.
• All course services and learning material will be delivered by SkillsNation in a convenient and structured format.
• Reasonable requests for academic support, re-access, or corrections in user data will be considered if submitted in advance.
• SkillsNation will strive to adhere to the timelines and schedules mentioned on the website or communicated at the time of course delivery.
• Any major updates or changes to the course structure, schedule, or delivery method will be shared with the client for approval or clarification.
• If SkillsNation finds it necessary to cancel the course or terminate a service agreement, the client will be notified at least one (1) week in advance.
• Before the end of any annual certification or learning service period, the client will be contacted to discuss continuation, upgrade, or renewal options.
• Other than content you own or have submitted voluntarily (such as assignments or feedback), under these terms, SkillsNation and its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and course materials available on the website. All such rights are strictly reserved.
• You hereby indemnify SkillsNation to the fullest extent against any liabilities, losses, legal fees, costs, or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms.
• SkillsNation reserves the right to terminate access to any course or service if the client fails to make timely payments or violates any policies.
• Occasionally, this website may include links to other websites for additional learning resources or references. These are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement. We have no control or responsibility over the content or availability of external sites.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hazaribag, Jharkhand, India.
